About Grandma's Laptop Lessons

How many grown-up children wake up one morning in pursued of all their various activities and decide that they are going to give Grandma a laptop and internet access and then they can keep on going at the same speed and they will be able to share everything with Grandma.

Well my mother is 86 years old and she have children living overseas in New Zealand. This is her second computer, the first was a desktop. Now she is learning how to use the laptop. Most of the time is goes very well, but it is those simple programs that you only use once a month that does not want to stick to the Grandma's memory disk... so we have developed some simple lessons using screen capture, masking tape etc...to explain where exactly the "right-click" is to be found etc....
